North Bay Imports is a Family Owned and Operated Business with over 40 years of experience in the automotive industry. We are a high volume, low profit dealership whose business model is such that we are able to offer the consumer and other dealers luxury vehicles at a discounted price.  We are recognized as one of the top buyers in the country from both Mercedes Benz Financial Services and VW Credit/Audi Financial Services. As wholesale is a large part of our business, and with such a large buying power, this allows us to offer vehicles at a much more aggressive price to the retail consumer.

We allow the consumer to see the vehicles how they come to us directly off-lease or from the manufacturer. When the consumer decides that he or she would like to proceed with the purchase, the vehicle then goes through our rigorous mechanical and cosmetic inspection prior to delivery. Per our Certification, the vehicle has at least 40% remaining on wear and tear items such as brakes and tires, and comes with two remote keys, books, floor mats, audio cables and nav discs/cards as applicable. Our vehicles also come with a 60-day, 3,000 mile guarantee from us, as well as the remaining factory warranty from the manufacturer if applicable.
